ABOUT US
Polish & American Women Entrepreneurs Association (Polish & American WE) is a leading organization focused on advancing women entrepreneurs on the US and EU market. We are here to actively support women to start and to take their business to the next level by connecting them with top industry leaders and mentors, as well as to provide a platform for high level mentoring and networking opportunities. Since 2018 we have introduced and organized several impactful projects that have gathered women from EU and the US in order to build strong economies and transatlantic alliances.

Our Mission
Our mission is to strengthen transatlantic collaboration between Central and Eastern Europe and the United States by advancing business, education, culture, and leadership opportunities, with a special focus on the advancement of women and the creation of inclusive, cross-border networks.
WHAT WE DO
Transatlantic Professional Development
We foster professional development through workshops, seminars, and training sessions on business skills, leadership, and innovation. We also provide mentorship programs, pairing experienced entrepreneurs with emerging women leaders. Our organization supports all initiatives that encourage young women to pursue entrepreneurship and leadership roles.
USA & EU Market access
and expansion
We facilitate entry into Polish markets for American businesses and vice versa. In our efforts, we tend to focus on supporting European ready to scale enterprises and start-ups to expand in both markets. This is done by aiding women entrepreneurs to get access to funding, resources, and opportunities in both countries.
Cross-Borders networking & collaboration
We build meaningful professional relationships, through facilitating partnerships and collaboration between Polish and American entrepreneurs. We do that, inter alia, by promoting innovation and knowledge exchange between entrepreneurs from different industries.
