OUR STORY
Polish & American Women Entrepreneurs Association (Polish & American WE) is a transatlantic nonprofit organization advancing business cooperation, leadership, and strategic engagement between Europe and the United States.
Founded in New York City in 2018, the organization creates platforms that bring together business leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, public institutions, experts, and emerging leaders from both sides of the Atlantic. Through international summits, business and economic missions, leadership programs, strategic dialogue, mentoring, and cross-border initiatives, Polish & American WE builds relationships that translate into long-term partnerships and new opportunities for cooperation.
Women’s leadership and economic empowerment remain an important part of our mission, alongside a broader commitment to strengthening transatlantic business ties, supporting entrepreneurship, facilitating institutional cooperation, and building networks across sectors and regions.
Since its establishment, Polish & American WE has developed a growing portfolio of initiatives connecting leaders and institutions from the United States and Europe and creating platforms for dialogue on economic development, innovation, investment, leadership, and the future of transatlantic cooperation.

Our Mission
Our mission is to strengthen transatlantic relations between Europe and the United States, building on our longstanding roots in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. We create platforms for strategic dialogue, leadership exchange, business cooperation, and cross-sector collaboration. Through entrepreneurship, economic engagement, and leadership initiatives, we build durable networks and partnerships that contribute to long-term prosperity and stronger transatlantic ties.

We connect companies, entrepreneurs, investors and institutions across Europe and the United States, creating pathways for market entry, business expansion and cross-border cooperation. Through business missions, strategic introductions and international programs, we help translate relationships into commercial opportunities and long-term partnerships.
LEADERSHIP, DIALOGUE & EXCHANGE
We create platforms for leaders from business, government, academia and civil society to exchange perspectives, share expertise and address issues shaping the transatlantic relationship. Our summits, leadership initiatives and executive-level programs foster dialogue, strengthen leadership networks and encourage new forms of cooperation across sectors.
